Customer retention, by definition*<\/span>, is the activity that a company undertakes in order to reduce customer defections. Successful customer retention starts with the first contact an organization has with a customer and continues throughout the entire lifetime of a relationship.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Pretty simple, huh? It is what we all try to do constantly and have been working on since starting our businesses! But how<\/i> have you been going about actually doing it?
