How do I change my Sign-Up Offer?

The sign-up offer is one of the most important parts of running a successful digital rewards program.  It is what incentivizes your customer to sign-up for your rewards program which then gives you permission to engage them through textALERTs and other automated text communication.

As you launch your program you can track your daily, weekly, and monthly sign-up rate and tweak your sign-up offer to see what entices your customers the most.

1. Login to your account at my.tlconnects.com.

2. Click the “Programs” button on the navigation menu.

3. Edit the text labeled “Sign-Up” and click the “Save” button at the right end of the line.
